1) I loved the different rooms in Virginia's house! They were all created and designed like different rooms in the different places where the stayed during their adventures.
2)Patel was from India. He came to Virginia because the met him and a market and loved his paintings so they next day they came back and took him in because he was a homeless orphan.
3) Cornelia and her mom became a lot closer with Virginia because her mom and Virginia talked about it.
1) Virginia Somerset's apartment was very interesting, and told a lot about the places she has visited. I would love to own a house or apartment like that.
2) Patel was originally from India. He had lost his father and mother, so he was left as an orphan, to fend for himself. To be able to afford food he sold beautiful pieces of artwork, which the Somerset Sisters fell in love with and bought. Virginia offered to raise him as her own, and he accepted her offer. They traveled around the world and did everything together.
3) Cornelia Street's life was changed by knowing Virginia in the way that she was so alike Virginia, that they were able to understand each other. They became really close friends. Lucy's life was changed because Virginia made her realize her daughter's feelings and learn to appreciate them. She will start trying to spend more time with Cornelia and try to get to know her better.
1) The different rooms in Virginia's apartment were magnificent. They were themed by the different cities she and her sisters traveled to.

1) I thought that the different rooms in Virginia S's apartment were pretty interesting because of their uniqueness and that they were designed after the Somerset sisters' adventures around the world to places like Morocco, France, England, and India.
2) Patel was an orphan from India and met the Somerset sisters when they were touring Bombay, Virginia bought all of his paintings and she asked him to make another one and they came back the next to pick it up and at the same time Virginia adopted him.
3) Cornelia and her mother's lives were changed by knowing Virginia because up until she knew Virginia Cornelia was just known Lucy Englehart's daughter, but when Virginia Somerset moved into that apartment building, she was Cornelia's only true friend.
