4. How did you feel about what was happening to Thunder at the end of the book?

1) The story took place on an island called Back O' the Moon. 2) Thunder ended up in the sea because of the storm. He fell off of his rich owner's boat and was lost at sea, until Tom, his father, Bert, and Amos found him. 3) Thunder became a hero in many ways. First, he brought Tom to his mom when she fell. Thunder found the missing little girl in the forest. He saved everyone on the island from a huge tidle wave. Thunder also carried Tom's mom and soon-to-be sister across the frozen harbor and found a safe passage where they would not fall into the water. 4)I was really sad when Thunder was shot because I knew he was just trying to warn them. I was happy for him when he found out he could saty with Tom.
